Green Lake is a jewel, a place of beauty that is rich in history. Carved by glaciers and settled by Native Americans of the Winnebago Tribe, the lake was originally named Day Cho Lah. It is the deepest lake in the state of Wisconsin boasting depths of over 235 feet.
Famous today as "Big Green," it has provided countless memories for generations past and will continue to inspire us for generations to come. At more than 7,500 acres, this spring-fed lake has an abundance of open water for boating, sailing, and some of the best fishing around.
